    - 9 branches in Samar and Calbayog City (Catbalogan, Basey, Calbayog City, Calbiga, Tarangnan, and Gandara) (Section 1)

Implementation and Funding
- The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall immediately include the operationalization of the additional Regional Trial Court of Balangiga, Eastern Samar, in its program. (Section 2)
- The funding for the additional court shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 2)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Section 3)
