REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10061 AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ANNEX OF THE HAMPIPILA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE LOCATED IN BARANGAY LIBERTAD, MUNICIPALITY OF ABUYOG, PROVINCE OF LEYTE TO BE KNOWN AS HAMPIPILA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. Establishment of an Annex High School. - There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, an annex of the Hampipila National High School in Barangay Libertad, Municipality of Abuyog, Province of Leyte to be known as Hampipila National High School Annex. Section 2. Appropriations. - The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Hampipila National High School Annex, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
