- An annex of the Hampipila National High School is established in Barangay Libertad, Municipality of Abuyog, Province of Leyte, to be known as Hampipila National High School Annex. (Section 1)
- The annex high school will be under the supervision of the Department of Education.
Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Hampipila National High School Annex in the Department's program. (Section 2)
- The funding for the annex high school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 3)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 4)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10061
AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ANNEX OF THE HAMPIPILA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE LOCATED IN BARANGAY LIBERTAD, MUNICIPALITY OF ABUYOG, PROVINCE OF LEYTE TO BE KNOWN AS HAMPIPILA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Establishment of an Annex High School. - There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, an annex of the Hampipila National High School in Barangay Libertad, Municipality of Abuyog, Province of Leyte to be known as Hampipila National High School Annex.
Section 2. Appropriations. - The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Hampipila National High School Annex, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
