Establishment of an Annex High School. - There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, an annex of the Makinhas National High School in Barangay Ciabu, City of Baybay, Province of Leyte to be known as Makinhas National High School Annex. Section 2. Appropriations. - The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Makinhas National High School Annex, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
