REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10223 AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY LINAMPONGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF PONTEVEDRA, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ TO BE KNOWN AS CONGRESSMAN DINGGOY ARANETA ROXAS MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. Establishment of an Elementary School. – It is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, an elementary school in Barangay Linampongan, Municipality of Pontevedra, Province of Capiz to be known as Congressman Dinggoy Araneta Roxas Memorial Elementary School. Section 2. Appropriations. – The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department’s program the operationalization of the Congressman Dinggoy Araneta Roxas Memorial Elementary School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
