Salary and Skills Training (Sections 10-11):
- Public school personnel receive salary based on Salary Standardization Law
- DepED, DAR, DA, TESDA, ATI provide skills training and extension materials
Accreditation and Monitoring (Sections 12-13):
- DepED sets accreditation requirements and accredits rural farm schools
- Accreditation may be withdrawn or downgraded for non-compliance
- Accredited private schools eligible for subsidies under RA 6728 and RA 8545

AN ACT ESTABLISHING RURAL FARM SCHOOLS AS ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY MODE OF SECONDARY EDUCATION AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Short Title. – This Act shall be known as the "Rural Farm Schools Act".
Section 2. Declaration of Policy. – It is hereby declared to be the policy of the State to protect and promote the right of all citizens to quality education at all levels and take appropriate steps to make such education accessible to all. Further to this, the State shall establish, maintain and support a complete, adequate and integrated system of education relevant to the needs of the people and society and encourage nonformal, informal and indigenous learning systems, as well as self-learning, independent and out-of-school study programs particularly those that respond to community needs....
