REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9082       April 08, 2001 AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE IFUGAO PROVINCIAL SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAMUT, PROVINCE OF IFUGAO AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. There is hereby established a provincial science high school in the Municipality of Lamut, Province of Ifugao to be known as the Ifugao Provincial Science High School. Section 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports, in collaboration and coordination with the Department of Science and Technology, shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Section 4.
