Funding and Implementation
- The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall include the funding requirements for the operationalization of the Capiz Second Engineering District in the department's program for the year following the enactment of this law and thereafter. (Section 2)
- The law shall take effect upon its approval. (Section 3)

AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE SECOND DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE IN THE PROVINCE OF CAPIZ TO BE LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMALAG AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Public Works and Highways, a second engineering district in the Province of Capiz, covering the municipalities of Dumalag, Sigma, Jamindan, Mambusao, Sapian, Tapaz, Cuartero, Dao, Dumarao and Ivisan, to be located in the Municipality of Dumalag and to be known as the Capiz Second Engineering District.
