- Creates a new Branch LXXXIII with seat at Catanauan, Quezon. (Section 1)
- Mandates the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, to immediately include the operationalization of the new Regional Trial Court in Catanauan, Quezon in its program. (Section 2)
- The funding for the new Regional Trial Court shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 2)
- The Act takes effect upon its approval. (Section 3)

AN ACT INCREASING THE NUMBER OF REGIONAL TRIAL COURT BRANCHES IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON AND LUCENA CITY FROM THIRTEEN (13) BRANCHES TO FOURTEEN (14) BRANCHES BY CREATING A NEW BRANCH WITH SEAT AT CATANAUAN, QUEZON, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SUBPARAGRAPH 8 AND PARAGRAPH (E) OF SECTION 14 OF BATAS
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Short Title. -
Section 1. Paragraph (e) and Subparagraph 8 of Section 14 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 120 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 14. Regional Trial Courts.
'(e) Eighty-three Regional Trial Judges shall be commissioned for the Fourth Judicial Region. There shall be:
