AN ACT CONVERTING THE SADANGA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF SADANGA, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE INTO A NATIONAL TECHNICAL-VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS SADANGA NATIONAL TECHNICAL-VOCATIONAL AND SKILLS TRAINING HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Sadanga National High School in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Sadanga, Mountain Province is hereby converted into a national technical-vocational high school to be known as Sadanga National Technical-Vocational and Skills Training High School.
SECTION 2. All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Sadanga Rational High School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Sadanga National Technical-Vocational and Skills Training High School.

Conversion of Sadanga National High School into a Technical-Vocational High School
- Section 1: The Sadanga National High School in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Sadanga, Mountain Province is converted into a national technical-vocational high school to be known as Sadanga National Technical-Vocational and Skills Training High School.
Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- Section 2: All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Sadanga National High School are transferred to and absorbed by the Sadanga National Technical-Vocational and Skills Training High School.
Funding and Operationalization
- Section 3: The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Sadanga National Technical-Vocational and Skills Training High School in the Department's program. The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Sadanga National High School. Thereafter, the necessary amount for continued operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Issuance of Rules and Regulations
- Section 4: The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Effectivity
- Section 5: This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
