Recognizing Southville International School as an Educational Institution of International Character

    - Managed and administered by a superintendent with qualifications prescribed by the Board. (Section 3b)
    - Determine its own curriculum, language(s) of instruction, and fees/assessments in consultation with the Secretary of Education. (Section 3c)
    - Maintain educational standards compatible with similar schools of recognized standing. (Section 3d)
    - Employ teaching and management personnel locally or abroad, exempting foreign personnel from nationality restrictions, except for employee protection laws and income tax liability. (Section 3e)
- Section 4: Authorizes the Secretary of Education to issue necessary rules for implementing the Act.
- Section 5: Severability clause in case any part of the Act is declared unconstitutional.
- Section 6: Effectivity clause - takes effect 15 days after publication in the Official Gazette.
