Recognizing Southville International School as an Educational Institution of International Character

- Section 1: Declares Southville International School as an educational institution of international character authorized to operate educational programs adhering to universally accepted policies.

    - Members include school management and parents/guardians of enrolled students for at least one school year.
    - Governed by a Board of Trustees elected from among the members.
- Section 3: Grants the following prerogatives to the school:
    - Admit applicants regardless of nationality, with no single alien nationality exceeding 30% of total student population in a given school year. (Section 3a)
    - Managed and administered by a superintendent with qualifications prescribed by the Board. (Section 3b)
    - Determine its own curriculum, language(s) of instruction, and fees/assessments in consultation with the Secretary of Education. (Section 3c)
    - Maintain educational standards compatible with similar schools of recognized standing. (Section 3d)
    - Employ teaching and management personnel locally or abroad, exempting foreign personnel from nationality restrictions, except for employee protection laws and income tax liability. (Section 3e)
