DACANAY AVENUE Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. California Avenue, a national secondary road in the City of San Fernando, Province of La Union is hereby renamed as Mayor Lorenzo L. Dacanay Avenue. Sec. 2.
