REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11845
AN ACT RENAMING THE CAGAYAN DE ORO CONVENTION CENTER LOCATED AT BARANGAY INDAHAG, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY AS AQUILINO Q. PIMENTEL, JR. INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTER
SECTION 1. The Cagayan de Oro Convention Center located at Barangay Indahag, Cagayan de Oro City is hereby renamed as Aquilino Q. Pimentel, Jr. International Convention Center.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
Approved:
Lapsed into law on June 18, 2022 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
