- The Municipality of Lista in the Province of Ifugao is hereby renamed as Alfonso Lista. (Section 1)
Ratification through Plebiscite
- The renaming shall be effective upon ratification by the majority of votes cast by qualified voters in a plebiscite to be conducted and supervised by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) in the present Municipality of Lista. (Section 2)
- The expenses for such plebiscite shall be borne by the Municipality of Lista, Province of Ifugao. (Section 2)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 3)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11813
AN ACT RENAMING THE MUNICIPALITY OF LISTA IN THE PROVINCE OF IFUGAO AS THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALFONSO LISTA
SECTION 1. The Municipality of Lista in the Province of Ifugao is hereby renamed as Alfonso Lista.
SECTION 2. The renaming of the Municipality of Lista shall be effective upon ratification of the majority of the votes cast by qualified voters in a plebiscite to be conducted and supervised by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) in the present Municipality of Lista.
The expenses for such plebiscite shall be borne by the Municipality of Lista, Province of Ifugao.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
Approved:
Lapsed into law on June 2, 2022 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
