Barangay Officials (Section 4)
- The incumbent elected barangay officials of the said barangay shall hold office in Barangay Panacan-2 until such time that a new set of officers have been duly elected and qualified.
Public Infrastructure and Facilities (Section 5)
- All public infrastructure and facilities existing therein at the time of the approval of this Act are hereby transferred without cost or compensation to and shall be administered by the new barangay.
National Tax Allotment Shares (Section 6)
- Barangay Panacan-2 shall be entitled to an allotment derived from national taxes pursuant to Section 285 of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, as amended.
Repealing Clause (Section 7)
- All laws, decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations which are inconsistent with this Act are hereby amended, repealed or modified accordingly.
Effectivity (Section 8)
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

AN ACT SEPARATING SITIO PANACAN-2 FROM BARANGAY PANACAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NARRA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN AND CONSTITUTING IT INTO A SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT BARANGAY TO BE KNOWN AS BARANGAY PANACAN-2
SECTION 1. Creation of Barangay Panacan-2. — Sitio Panacan-2 is hereby separated from Barangay Panacan in the Municipality of Narra, Province of Palawan to constitute a separate and independent barangay to be known as Barangay Panacan-2.
SECTION 2. Territorial Boundaries. — The territorial boundaries of Barangay Panacan-2 shall be described as follows:
"Bounded on the Northwest along Lines 1 to 6 by Barangay Poblacion; on the Northeast along Lines 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 by Lot 8035, CAD. 797-D, Narra Cadastre and Barangay Antipuluan; on the Southeast along Lines 10 to 21 by Sulu Sea; and on the Southwest along Lines 21 to 49-1 by Lot 1, PB-4B-000019, Panacan-1.
