Summary of Republic Act No. 9879Separation and Conversion of School
- The Andili National High School - Tuboran Annex in Barangay Tuboran, Municipality of Mawab, Province of Compostela Valley is separated from the Main Andili National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Tuboran National High School. (Section 1)
Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Andili National High School - Tuboran Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Tuboran National High School. (Section 2)
Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Tuboran National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Andili National High School - Tuboran Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)
Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations as necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Andili National High School - Tuboran Annex in Barangay Tuboran, Municipality of Mawab, Province of Compostela Valley is hereby separated from the Main Andili National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Tuboran National High School.
