Separation and Conversion of School
- The Antipolo National High School - Rolloqui and Reyes Annexes in Barangay San Roque, City of Antipolo is separated from the Antipolo National High School and converted into an independent national high school known as San Roque National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Antipolo National High School - Rolloqui and Reyes Annexes are transferred to and absorbed by the San Roque National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the San Roque National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Antipolo National High School - Rolloqui and Reyes Annexes. (Section 3)
- The amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
