Separation and Conversion of Ayala National High School - Tulungatung Annex
- The Ayala National High School - Tulungatung Annex in Barangay Tulungatung, Zamboanga City is separated from the Ayala National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Tulungatung National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Ayala National High School - Tulungatung Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Tulungatung National High School. (Section 2)

Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Tulungatung National High School in the Department's program. (Section 3)
- The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Ayala National High School - Tulungatung Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Issuance of Rules and Regulations
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)
