Separation and Conversion of School
- The Ayangan National High School - Caba Annex in Barangay Caba, Municipality of Lagawe, Province of Ifugao is separated from the Ayangan National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Caba National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Ayangan National High School - Caba Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Caba National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Caba National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Ayangan National High School - Caba Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
