Separation and Conversion into a National High School (Section 1)
- The Bacungan National High School – Talinga Annex in Barangay Talinga, Municipality of Leon B. Postigo, Province of Zamboanga del Norte is separated from the Bacungan National High School.
- It is converted into an independent national high school to be known as Talinga National High School.

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities (Section 2)
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Bacungan National High School – Talinga Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Talinga National High School.

Appropriations (Section 3)
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Talinga National High School in the Department's program.
- The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Bacungan National High School – Talinga Annex.
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Implementation (Section 4)
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Effectivity (Section 5)
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
