Separation and Conversion of School
- The Burgos National High School – Upper Tumapoc Annex in Barangay Upper Tumapoc, Municipality of Burgos, Province of La Union is separated from the Burgos National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Upper Tumapoc National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Burgos National High School – Upper Tumapoc Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Upper Tumapoc National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Upper Tumapoc National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Burgos National High School – Upper Tumapoc Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
