Summary of Republic Act No. 9452

Separation and Conversion of CAA High School Annex into an Independent National High School
- The CAA High School Annex in Barangay BF International/CAA, Las Piñas City is separated from the Las Piñas National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as the CAA National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the CAA High School Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the CAA National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the CAA National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Las Piñas National High School - CAA High School Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
