Separation and Conversion of Cawagayan Barangay High School
- The Cawagayan Barangay High School, also known as the Tuga National High School - Cawagayan Annex in the Municipality of Pinukpuk, Province of Kalinga, is separated from the Tuga National High School in the Municipality of Tabuk. (Section 1)
- It is converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Cawagayan National High School. (Section 1)

Educational Offerings
- The Cawagayan National High School shall offer secondary education proper. (Section 2)
- It shall also offer secondary science courses as authorized by the Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. (Section 2)

Regulatory Authority
- The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue necessary rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this Act. (Section 3)

Transfer of Resources
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Cawagayan Barangay High School are transferred to and absorbed by the Cawagayan National High School. (Section 4)

Funding
- The implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Tuga National High School - Cawagayan Annex. (Section 5)
- Subsequent funding for the operation and maintenance of the Cawagayan National High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 5)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect upon its approval on August 31, 2000. (Section 6)
