Separation and Conversion of School
- The Cogon National High School - Villarica Annex in Barangay Villarica, Island Garden City of Samal, Province of Davao del Norte is separated from the Cogon National High School and converted into an independent national high school called Nieves Villarica National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Cogon National High School - Villarica Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Nieves Villarica National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall include the operationalization of the Nieves Villarica National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Cogon National High School - Villarica Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the necessary amount for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
