Separation and Conversion of School
- The Compostela National High School - San Miguel Annex in Barangay San Miguel, Municipality of Compostela, Province of Compostela Valley is separated from the Compostela National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as San Miguel National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Compostela National High School - San Miguel Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the San Miguel National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the San Miguel National High School in the Department's program. (Section 3)
- The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Compostela National High School - San Miguel Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
