Separation and Conversion of School
- The Eastern Bontoc National Agricultural Vocational High School - Saliok Annex in Barangay Saliok, Municipality of Natonin, Mountain Province is separated from the Eastern Bontoc National Agricultural Vocational High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Saliok National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Eastern Bontoc National Agricultural Vocational High School - Saliok Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Saliok National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Saliok National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Eastern Bontoc National Agricultural Vocational High School - Saliok Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
