- The Guinzadan National High School - Tapapan Annex in Barangay Tapapan, Municipality of Bauko, Mountain Province is separated from the Guinzadan National High School and converted into an independent national high school called Tapapan National High School. (Section 1)
Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Guinzadan National High School - Tapapan Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Tapapan National High School. (Section 2)
Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Tapapan National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Guinzadan National High School - Tapapan Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)
Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)

AN ACT SEPARATING THE GUINZADAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL - TAPAPAN ANNEX IN BARANGAY TAPAPAN, MUNICIPALITY OF BAUKO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE FROM THE GUINZADAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, CONVERTING IT INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS TAPAPAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Guinzadan National High School - Tapapan Annex in Barangay Tapapan, Municipality of Bauko, Mountain Province is hereby separated from the Guinzadan National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Tapapan National High School.
Section 2. Transfer of Assets and Liabilities. - All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Guinzadan National High School - Tapapan Annex are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Tapapan National High School.
