Separation and Conversion of School
- The Kabugao Agro-industrial High School – Lenneng Annex in Barangay Lenneng, Municipality of Kabugao, Province of Apayao is separated from the Kabugao Agro-industrial High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Kabugao National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Kabugao Agro-industrial High School – Lenneng Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Kabugao National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Kabugao National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriation of the Kabugao Agro-industrial High School–Lenneng Annex. (Section 3)
- The amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
