Summary of Republic Act No. 9911Separation and Conversion of School
- The Kalinga National High School - Nambucayan Annex in Barangay Nambucayan, City of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga is separated from the Kalinga National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Nambucayan National High School. (Section 1)
Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Kalinga National High School - Nambucayan Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Nambucayan National High School. (Section 2)
Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Nambucayan National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Kalinga National High School - Nambucayan Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)
Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)

AN ACT SEPARATING THE KALINGA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL - NAMBUCAYAN ANNEX IN BARANGAY NAMBUCAYAN, CITY OF TABUK, PROVINCE OF KALINGA FROM THE KALINGA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, CONVERTING IT INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS NAMBUCAYAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House oj Representatives in the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Kalinga National High School - NambucayanAnnex in Barangay Nambucayan, City of Tabuk. Province of Kalinga is hereby separated from the Kalinga National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Nambucayan National High School.
