Separation and Conversion of School
- The Kamora National High School - Tawangan Annex in barangays Tawangan and Lusod, Municipality of Kabayan, Province of Benguet is separated from the Kamora National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Tawangan-Lusod National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Kamora National High School - Tawangan Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Tawangan-Lusod National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Tawangan-Lusod National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Kamora National High School - Tawangan Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
