Separation and Conversion of Luna National High School - Tumog Annex
- The Luna National High School - Tumog Annex in Barangay Tumog, Municipality of Luna, Province of Apayao is separated from the Luna National High School and converted into an independent national agricultural and trade high school. (Section 1)
- The new school shall be known as Tumog National Agricultural and Trade High School.

Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Luna National High School - Tumog Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Tumog National Agricultural and Trade High School. (Section 2)

Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Tumog National Agricultural and Trade High School in the Department's program. (Section 3)
- The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Luna National High School - Tumog Annex.
- Thereafter, the necessary amount for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Issuance of Rules and Regulations
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)
