Separation and Conversion of School
- The Lupon National Comprehensive High School Annex in Lupon, Davao Oriental is separated from the Lupon Vocational High School and converted into an independent national high school called Lupon National Comprehensive High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Lupon National Comprehensive High School Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Lupon National Comprehensive High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall include the operationalization of the Lupon National Comprehensive High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Lupon National Comprehensive High School Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the necessary amount for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
