Separation and Conversion of School
- The Maddela Agro-Industrial National High School - Nagtipunan Annex in Nagtipunan, Quirino is separated from the Maddela Agro-Industrial National High School and converted into an independent national high school called the Nagtipunan National High School. (Section 1)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall implement this Act and take necessary steps for the conversion of the school. (Section 2)

Administration and Personnel
- The incumbent school administrator of the Nagtipunan Annex, if qualified, shall be the first administrator of the Nagtipunan National High School. (Section 3)
- The teachers and other school personnel shall be absorbed into the new upgraded positions created based on the curricular needs of the school. (Section 3)
- They shall receive compensation and privileges equal to their counterparts in existing national high schools, in accordance with the Revised Compensation and Position Classification System. (Section 3)

Transfer of Assets and Records
- All assets, fixed and movable, personnel records, and documents of the Nagtipunan Annex are transferred to the Nagtipunan National High School. (Section 4)

Funding
- The amount necessary for implementing this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Nagtipunan Annex. (Section 5)
- Thereafter, funds necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Nagtipunan National High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 5)

Repealing Clause
- All laws, decrees, orders, rules, and regulations contrary to or inconsistent with this Act are repealed accordingly. (Section 6)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Section 7)
