Separation and Conversion of School
- The Malamig National High School - Malubay Extension in Barangay Malubay, Municipality of Gloria, Province of Oriental Mindoro is separated from the Malamig National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Manuel Adriano Memorial National High School (MAMNHS). (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Malamig National High School - Malubay Extension are transferred to and absorbed by the Manuel Adriano Memorial National High School (MAMNHS). (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Manuel Adriano Memorial National High School (MAMNHS) in the Department's program. (Section 3)
- The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Malamig National High School - Malubay Extension. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
