Separation and Conversion of Mankayan National High School, Bedbed Extension
- The Mankayan National High School, Bedbed Extension in Barangay Bedbed, Municipality of Mankayan, Province of Benguet is separated from the mother school, Mankayan National High School in Barangay Poblacion, and converted into a separate and independent national high school to be known as the Bedbed National High School. (Section 1)
- The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this Act. (Section 2)
- The new Bedbed National High School shall be headed by a principal appointed by the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports. The incumbent teacher-in-charge shall continue to act as such until a successor is appointed and qualified. (Section 3)
- All assets, fixed and movable, personnel, and records of the Mankayan National High School, Bedbed Extension are transferred to the Bedbed National High School. The positions, rights, and security of tenure of the personnel employed prior to the separation are not impaired. (Section 4)
- The initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Mankayan National High School-Bedbed Extension. Thereafter, the necessary funds for the continuous operation and maintenance of the Bedbed National High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 5)
- This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Section 6)
