Separation and Conversion into a National High School
- The Manolo Fortich National High School - Dalirig Annex in Barangay Dalirig, Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Province of Bukidnon is separated from the Manolo Fortich National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Dalirig National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Manolo Fortich National High School - Dalirig Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Dalirig National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Dalirig National High School in the Department's program. (Section 3)
- The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Manolo Fortich National High School - Dalirig Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
