Separation and Conversion of Merida Vocational School - Margen Annex
- The Merida Vocational School - Margen Annex located in Barangay Margen, Ormoc City, Leyte is separated from the Merida Vocational School and converted into an independent national high school known as the Margen National High School. (Section 1)
- The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue necessary rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this Act. (Section 2)

Transfer of Assets, Records, Personnel, Liabilities, and Obligations
- All assets (immovable and movable), records, personnel, liabilities, and obligations of the Merida Vocational School - Margen Annex are transferred to the Margen National High School. (Section 3)
- The positions, rights, and security of tenure of the personnel employed under existing laws shall not be impaired. (Section 3)

Funding and Appropriations
- The initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Merida Vocational School - Margen Annex. (Section 4)
- Subsequent funding for the continuous operation and maintenance of the Margen National High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval. (Section 5)
