Separation and Conversion of School
- The Mount Data National High School - Tipunan Annex in Sitio Tipunan, Barangay Monamon Norte, Municipality of Bauko, Mountain Province is separated from the Mount Data National High School and converted into an independent national high school called Tipunan National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Mount Data National High School - Tipunan Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Tipunan National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Tipunan National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Mount Data National High School - Tipunan Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
