Separation and Conversion of School
- The Nueva Vizcaya General Comprehensive High School - Bonfal Annex in Barangay Bonfal, Municipality of Bayombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya is separated from the Nueva Vizcaya General Comprehensive High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Bonfal National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Nueva Vizcaya General Comprehensive High School - Bonfal Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Bonfal National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Bonfal National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Nueva Vizcaya General Comprehensive High School - Bonfal Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
