AN ACT SEPARATING THE OLUTANGA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL — MABUHAY ANNEX IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MABUHAY

Separation and Conversion of School
- The Olutanga National High School - Mabuhay Annex in the Municipality of Mabuhay, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay is separated from the Olutanga National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Mabuhay National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Olutanga National High School - Mabuhay Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Mabuhay National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Mabuhay National High School. (Section 3)
- The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Olutanga National High School - Mabuhay Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations that may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
