Separation and Conversion of Padada National High School - Malinao Extension
- The Padada National High School - Malinao Extension in Barangay Lower Malinao, Municipality of Padada, Province of Davao del Sur is separated from the Padada National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Malinao National High School of Arts and Trade. (Section 1)
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Padada National High School - Malinao Extension are transferred to and absorbed by the Malinao National High School of Arts and Trade. (Section 2)

Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Malinao National High School of Arts and Trade in the Department's program. (Section 3)
- The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Padada National High School - Malinao Extension. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)
