Separation and Conversion of School
- The Pantabangan National High School - Ganduz Annex in Barangay Ganduz, Municipality of Pantabangan, Province of Nueva Ecija is separated from the Pantabangan National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Ganduz National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Pantabangan National High School - Ganduz Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Ganduz National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Ganduz National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Pantabangan National High School - Ganduz Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
