Summary of Republic Act No. 10264Separation and Conversion of School
- The Pinukpuk Vocational High School – Tappo Annex in Barangay Apatan, Municipality of Pinukpuk, Province of Kalinga is separated from the Pinukpuk Vocational High School and converted into an independent national vocational high school to be known as Tappo Vocational High School. (Section 1)
Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Pinukpuk Vocational High School – Tappo Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Tappo Vocational High School. (Section 2)
Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Tappo Vocational High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Pinukpuk Vocational High School – Tappo Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)
Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)

AN ACT SEPARATING THE PINUKPUK VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL – TAPPO ANNEX IN BARANGAY APATAN, MUNICIPALITY OF PINUKPUK, PROVINCE OF KALINGA FROM THE PINUKPUK VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, CONVERTING IT INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS TAPPO VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Separation and Conversion into a National Vocational High School. – The Pinukpuk Vocational High School – Tappo Annex in Barangay Apatan, Municipality of Pinukpuk, Province of Kalinga is hereby separated from the Pinukpuk Vocational High School and converted into an independent national vocational high school to be known as Tappo Vocational High School.
