Separation and Conversion of Pio Dalim Memorial School of Arts and Trades – Sta. Filomena Annex
- The Pio Dalim Memorial School of Arts and Trades – Sta. Filomena Annex in Barangay Sta. Filomena, Municipality of Calanasan, Province of Apayao is separated from the Pio Dalim Memorial School of Arts and Trades and converted into an independent national arts and trades high school to be known as Sta. Filomena School of Arts and Trades. (Section 1)

Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Pio Dalim Memorial School of Arts and Trades – Sta. Filomena Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Sta. Filomena School of Arts and Trades. (Section 2)

Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Sta. Filomena School of Arts and Trades in the Department's program. (Section 3)
- The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Pio Dalim Memorial School of Arts and Trades – Sta. Filomena Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Issuance of Rules and Regulations
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)
