Summary of Republic Act No. 8773Separation and Conversion of Kinama Annex into Independent School
- The Rizal National School of Arts and Trade - Kinama Annex in the Municipality of Rizal, Province of Kalinga is separated from the Rizal National School of Arts and Trade and converted into an independent national high school called the Kinama National High School. (Section 1)
Educational Offerings
- The Kinama National High School shall offer:
- Secondary education proper (Section 2)
- Secondary science courses as authorized by the Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (Section 2)
Implementation Rules and Regulations
- The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue necessary rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this Act. (Section 3)
Funding
- The amount necessary to implement this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. (Section 4)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Section 5)

AN ACT SEPARATING THE RIZAL NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADE - KINAMA ANNEX IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF RIZAL, PROVINCE OF KALINGA FROM THE RIZAL NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF RIZAL AND CONVERTING IT INTO A SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE KINAMA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Rizal National School of Arts and Trade - Kinama Annex in the Municipality of Rizal, Province of Kalinga is hereby separated from the Rizal National School of Arts and Trade in the Municipality of Rizal and converted into a separate and independent national high school to be known as the Kinama National High School.
Section 2. The school shall offer secondary education proper, as well as secondary science courses to carry out its objectives and as may be authorized by the Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
