Separation and Conversion of School
- The secondary level of the Catarman IV Central Integrated School in Barangay Cawayan, Municipality of Catarman, Province of Northern Samar is separated from the Catarman IV Central Integrated School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Cawayan National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the secondary level of the Catarman IV Central Integrated School are transferred to and absorbed by the Cawayan National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Cawayan National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the secondary level of the Catarman IV Central Integrated School. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
