Separation and Conversion into a National High School
- The secondary programs of the Northern Mindanao School of Fisheries in Barangay Matabao, Municipality of Buena Vista, Province of Agusan del Norte are separated from the Northern Mindanao School of Fisheries and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Buenavista National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the secondary programs of the Northern Mindanao School of Fisheries are transferred to and absorbed by the Buenavista National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Buenavista National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Calamba National High School - Buenavista National High School Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
