Separation and Conversion of School
- The Siayan National High School - Diongan Annex in Barangay Diongan, Municipality of Siayan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte is separated from the Siayan National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Diongan National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Siayan National High School - Diongan Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Diongan National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Diongan National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Siayan National High School - Diongan Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
