Summary of Republic Act No. 9771Separation and Conversion of School
- The Sikatuna National High School - Bantolinao Annex in Barangay Bantolinao, Municipality of Antequera, Province of Bohol is separated from the Sikatuna National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Bantolinao National High School. (Section 1)
Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Sikatuna National High School - Bantolinao Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Bantolinao National High School. (Section 2)
Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Bantolinao National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Sikatuna National High School - Bantolinao Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)
Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)

AN ACT SEPARATING THE SIKATUNA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL - BANTOLINAO ANNEX IN BARAN GAY BANTOLINAO, MUNICIPALITY OF ANTEQUERA, PROVINCE OF BOHOL FROM THE SIKATUNA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, CONVERTING IT INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS BANTOLINAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Sikatuna National High School - Bantolinao Annex in Barangay Bantolinao, Municipality of Antequera, Province of Boholis hereby separated from the Sikatuna National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Bantolinao National High School.
