Separation and Conversion of School
- The Socorro National High School - Pamosaingan Annex in Barangay Pamosaingan, Municipality of Socorro, Province of Surigao del Norte is separated from the Socorro National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Pamosaingan National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Socorro National High School - Pamosaingan Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Pamosaingan National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Pamosaingan National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Socorro National High School - Pamosaingan Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
