Separation and Conversion of School
- The Valenzuela National High School - Arkong Bato Annex in Barangay Arkong Bato, City of Valenzuela, Metro Manila is separated from the Valenzuela National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Arkong Bato National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Valenzuela National High School - Arkong Bato Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Arkong Bato National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Arkong Bato National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Valenzuela National High School - Arkong Bato Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
